Cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

WHEN YOU SCHEDULE A SESSION VIA EMAIL, IT IS ASSUMED THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS.

Cancellations/rescheduling issues for in person clients: We require that a client provide a reasonable notice of at least 72 hours in the event of a need to reschedule, outside of medical emergencies. Failure to provide a timely notification will result in the forfeiture of the scheduled session if it is part of a multiple session package or the pre-payment of the rescheduled session. Repeated attempts at rescheduling sessions are subject to pre-payment of any remaining balance of a multiple session package regardless of the time frame that exists between the scheduled session and the attempted rescheduling.

Refunds are not provided for any reason, including disagreeing with the modern training methods used. The responsibility to take advantage of the remaining sessions of a multiple session package is on the client. Waiver of the time requirement when needed is not a problem.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO GIVE OUT BEHAVIOR ADVICE OVER THE PHONE OR VIA EMAIL IF WE HAVE NOT EVALUATED YOUR DOG IN PERSON. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING THIS.
